Educational Experience

The Interventional Pulmonology Fellowship curriculum is structured to provide well-rounded training in all aspects of the specialty. Each fellow spends twelve full months continuously training on the interventional pulmonology clinical service where fellows will obtain expertise in interventional procedures. In addition to clinical service, fellows spend time in both the interventional pulmonary and thoracic oncology outpatient clinic settings. An original research project relating to the field of interventional pulmonology suitable for presentation at an international meeting is also an expected component of the training program.
