About Me

Tomer Noff, MD, completed a dual undergraduate program of rabbinics and medicine at the Ner Israel Rabbinical College and Towson University. He was ordained by Israel’s Chief Rabbi and continued to earn his medical degree at the Technion American Medical School in Haifa, Israel. Dr. Noff completed his neurology and clinical neurophysiology training at the Indiana University School of Medicine.

Dr. Noff sees general neurology patients with a special interest in electromyography, neuropathy, neuromuscular disease, and headache. He performs electromyography as well onobotulinum injections and auricular accupuncture. Dr. Noff serves on the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiganotic Medicine’s assessment examination committee.

About Me

Andrew L. Nyce, MD, is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Assistant Dean for Graduate Medical Education at CMSRU. After graduating from the Pennsylvania State University, he attended Jefferson Medical College where he earned his MD. He was a member of the founding class of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program at Cooper University Hospital and joined as a faculty member at Cooper immediately after residency. Over the past 20 years, he has served the Director of Undergraduate Medical Education, Program Director for a decade and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Department where he concentrates on education and ED operations. He has earned multiple teaching awards in addition to being awarded membership to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Nyce has multiple publications and has contributed meaningfully to multiple educational innovations. He remains passionate and committed towards undergraduate and graduate medical education and serves on GMEC at Cooper to help mentor young programs and/or programs in need. He lectures on orthopaedic emergencies, bedside communication and leads a senior resident curriculum designed to assist residents as they transition out of residency to independent practice.

About Me

Dr. Jennifer Ocbo is from South Jersey and originally studied at Rutgers University for Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. After working briefly with the American Red Cross in Philadelphia, she decided to focus more on clinical medicine and pursued a Masters in Biomedical Sciences before receiving her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ.

Dr. Ocbo completed her Medicine internship with Drexel University Hospital and her Anesthesiology residency with Cooper University. She has stayed on with Cooper as an Attending anesthesiologist. Her interests include spending time with family, cooking, and traveling.

About Me

Daniel Olea- Mendoza, MD, is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Cooper University School of Medicine at Rowan University (CMSRU) and Assistant Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency. He received his medical doctorate from Drexel University College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine from CMSRU.

Dr. Olea-Mendoza currently serves as Attending Physician at Cooper University Hospital in Internal Medicine and Primary Care. He was awarded the 2022-2023 Vijay Rajput, MD Excellence in Teaching Award. He is involved in the core faculty of Cooper Internal Medicine Residency Program.
