I found my love for Nephrology early on in my medical career as a medical student. When selecting a fellowship, I sought a program dedicated to teaching, recognizing the challenges in this field. Cooper stood out for its commitment to balancing teaching amidst busy schedules and fostering a positive work-life balance. The welcoming atmosphere and a genuine focus on individual career goals make me feel fortunate to train here. The program values my success and actively contributes to it, creating a sense of home during my training.
